Here labourers themselves are the owners. The profits are equally
divided among them after apportioning the capital required for future
growth. No wonder, the Sangam (group) is moving forward successfully

Operative Society Ltd.,are fully aware that goodwill of the Sangam
cannot be compromised at any cost. Otherwise, strict disciplinary
actions will be taken against the offenders. This was another reason for
